Humane Society of Chittenden County. 2014-present (9 years) The Humane Society of Chittenden County (HSCC) was founded in 1901 and serves Chittenden & Grand Isle Counties. Each year, we welcome more than 1,400 animals and as many as 15,000 people to our 12,000 square foot facility in South Burlington. Effective February 14, 2024, and after 17 years, the Old North End Veterinary Clinic will be passing the torch to the Humane Society of Chittenden County Community Pet Clinic.
