Spray basting a large quilt can get expensive quick, but you can spot baste it and just do the center, or use a dot of spray baste every 6-8" or so. Last year I made this pumpkin quilt on a whim and I've been looking forward to pulling it out of storage all year. It's starting to be crinkly and soft with lots of use and washings last year. To make a Queen size you would want 81 blocks total (41 baseball blocks, and 40 of the 16 patch blocks) and have 9 blocks in each row, and 9 rows. The quilt would measure 90" x 90".
